US Customs & Immigration Services
Project Overview
The U.S. Customs and Immigration Services office in Irving, Texas, required the construction of a 260,000-square-foot LEED Silver-certified facility to support federal operations. This large-scale project demanded precision in mechanical and plumbing systems, including the installation of a central utility plant, rooftop and air handling units, a building management system (BMS), and full sanitary, storm, and domestic water systems. Given the project’s LEED certification requirements, energy efficiency and sustainability were key considerations throughout the process.
