Project Overview
Upchurch was selected to provide comprehensive solutions for a 10-story, 200-room hotel (180,000 square feet) and a 100,000-square-foot conference facility. The conference center features four small conference rooms, one large conference room, and a fully equipped kitchen. To ensure operational continuity, the project included the installation of an emergency generator to support life safety systems.
