The Bridge Labs project in Dallas, Texas, involved a 120,000-square-foot addition and renovation to transform an existing facility into a core and shell laboratory space. This highly specialized project required precise mechanical and plumbing system upgrades to meet the rigorous demands of laboratory environments.
